東京を拠点として活躍する若手写真家・小山泰介は、刻々と変化していく都市を有機体としてとらえた抽象度の高い写真作品で、今最も注目を集めています。6月16日（火）～28日（日）の間、スパイラルガーデン（スパイラル1F）にて、小山泰介個展「entropix」を開催します。2009年4月に東京・G/P galleryとNADiff Galleryで行われた同名の個展に引き続き、本展では、写真集『entropix』からの作品と新作「Rainbow Form」シリーズのインクジェットプリントを幅約20mのインスタレーションとして展示いたします。ぜひご高覧ください。
Press Release:
The Tokyo-based artist Taisuke Koyama is one of the most promising young photographers in Japan. He creates the organic abstract photography by shooting surface of the artifacts and the state and the details of the phenomenon as a part of the metabolism of the city. The solo exhibition "entropix" held in G/P gallery and NADiff gallery in April 2009 travels to Spiral Garden from 16th of June (Tue.) to 28th (Sun.) This will be a developed photo installation of 20 meter long showing the works from his latest publication "entropix" and Inkjet Prints of his latest series entitled "Rainbow Form".

当たり前の光景をまったく別の目線から切り取る小山の視点は、無限の世界の存在を感じさせ、いつも新鮮な驚きを与えてくれます。本展では、主に東京の街路で撮影されたアブストラクトな写真と高速スライドショーを展示し、意識と無意識、可視と不可視など、感覚や思考、そして写真の「境界線 X」を体感できるような場を作り出します。（プレスリリースより）
From 15th to 29th March 2008, gallery ROCKET presents solo exhibition "Boundary X" by one of the greatest young photographer Taisuke Koyama.
His eyes (camera) has a definite speciality which makes us to sense the indefinite universe on the surface of everyday-life and gives us a great wonder. In this exhibition, he presents abstract photography works taken on the street in Tokyo and a high-speed slide show. By showing them, he allows the viewers to experience the "Boundary X" of photography, visible/invisible, sense/thought, and conscious/ unconscious.(Press Release)
